BANDIT PRO CAR 2006
The pro has been designed, developed and tested to be the best all-round stock car available. Whether racing on a small or large oval or even outdoor tracks, this car can be set up to run on them all. This car is aimed at the more serious racer, it has maximum adjustability to suit your own driving style and with the same strong and easy to maintain design at track side that all bandit stock cars have. Plus with Bandit Racing’s dedication to 1/12th stock car racing then you can trust that this car is a winner straight off the start line.
1) Strong nylon top chassis for the best looking and value for money top chassis available. Various colours to choose from (see attached spares list).
2) New Design alloy front axle (cnc machined) with 3 degrees negative camber and alloy steering blocks, incorporating grub screw stub axle locks. This adds more front-end strength, and improves tyre grip. Front suspension is built into the left hand /inside of the car (adjustable sprung king pin design) which improves the front end over the bumps but also improves turn in and power on steering. This front axle design also has e-clipped king pins as well.
3) Quick release battery system for quick/easy battery changes. Stick or saddle pack batteries accommodated for, with ABS side skirts moulded for that tarmac special look.
4) Adjustable front body mount.
5) Re-designed speed controller mount with Mardave 3 step speed controller and brake resistor fitted as standard.
6) New one-piece chassis plate design, with torsion style rear suspension. Fitted with a mono style coil over shock absorber and helper spring, allowing for unlimited damper/spring and ride height adjustable all in one.

Soft spring included for the coil over
shock absorber and 1,2,3 holed shock absorber pistons included, car comes with
soft spring, 2 hole piston, 20-weight oil fitted on shock absorber.

Two position top
shock absorber mount to allow shock angle to be altered.
9) The rear suspension piviot can be moved left or right to allow you to control the amount of offset. This can move the weight of the car to the left side (inside of the car), which improves corner speed and helps prevent grip roll.

5 position top shock mount, and
motor pod brace allows you to move the shocker left, middle or right as per the
rear suspension piviot adjustment. This
allows you to adjust the offset of the car, see section 9).

Tweak rod
fitted on rear suspension allowing the car to be corner ‘weighed’ as per full
size stock cars.
12) CNC machined alloy reversible motor mount, this along with the reversible plastic block means that the motor can be run on the left or right of the car. Car comes assembled with the motor on the left hand side of the car

54 tooth (V10)
gear and specially designed gear carrier, for quick gear changes and a faster
accelerating car, with the new design wheels, axle sleeve for stronger axle
location (no drilled holes in the back axle).
14) New Pro alloy drive hubs for perfect wheel location, these prevent the rear wheels from spinning on the axle, there also quicker to release for gear changes and add strength to the rear axle.
15) New Mardave V14 SH motor for a faster car. Fitted with 12-tooth pinion.
16) Ball racers fitted to the back axle 1/2 OD in the motor side and 3/8 in the plastic axle block, making more room for gearing adjustments.
17) Bolt in over riders fitted front and rear.

The pro uses
the same V12 range of wheels for improved handling and looks. Wheels are
interchangeable front and rear.

Racing
compound tyres are included. Tyres need truing and gluing.

Car comes
fitted with Mardave track rods and servo saver or can be improved by option
below.

Car comes
complete and assembled including pre cut-out body shell and wing. Tarmac, shale
or tail wing and an optional front wing are available please state when
ordering. Car comes with motor and speed controller too.

Steel non adjustable track rods and centre point steering, the
steel track rods bent up from 2mm steel plate means unbreakable track rods and
they are mounted to one centre hole in the servo saver altering ackaman this
makes the car turn faster into a bend and straightens the car up better when
accelerating out of the bend, note servo
needs supplying as track rod ends are made to measure.
Car comes built with radio gear fitted and set-up, battery pack and charger ready to plug in and race from £250.00 plus £15.00 P&P.
